KidsFest ‘25 Serve
Make a difference in a camper's life this summer by serving at KidsFest '25! There are plenty of opportunities for middle school, high school, and college students as well as adults.
Camp Dates
Week 1: Sunday, July 6 - Friday, July 11
Week 2: Sunday, July 13 - Friday, July 18
Week 3: Sunday, July 20 - Friday, July 25

Kickoff: Sunday Evening, 6:00 pm
Weekdays: Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 3:30 pm

Summer Staff
It takes a team of enthusiastic high school and college students to create an outrageous and extreme summertime experience for kids entering first through sixth grade. As a Team Leader, you and a co-leader will be responsible for a team of elementary-aged campers. You’ll play an integral role in engaging campers in having fun, teaching and processing the Bible, and making KidsFest a positive experience.
Who Can Apply?
College or high school students entering 10th grade or higher in the fall of 2024 may apply. You must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, be living a life that pursues His teachings, and a desire to help kids know how much God loves them. You should also be actively involved in your local church.
Time Commitment
The start date and work hours will differ based upon the position. All Summer Staff will participate in:
Staff Training - A two day event on Tuesday, July 1 and Wednesday, July 2 from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. It is mandatory for all KidsFest Summer Staff. A detailed schedule will be distributed to hired staff in early Spring.
Summer Service - Wednesdays during the workweek
Small Groups - Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday during workweeks hired
Camp Week Events - A detailed schedule with specific times per week will be distributed to hired staff in early Spring.
Sunday Evening Kickoff
Monday - Friday Day Camp
Sunday Morning Celebration Service

Middle School Serve
Middle School Serve students have a unique opportunity to develop a deep sense of community, service, and spiritual growth while serving at KidsFest. Students currently in grades 6-8 can apply to volunteer for one week of camp where they will be working hard alongside the adult volunteers to make KidsFest the best week of a camper’s summer.
Middle School Serve positions are limited and priority will be given to students who are involved in Middle School Ministry at Orchard Hill Church.
Time Commitment:
Attend an all-day training event on Monday, June 30.
Attendance at Sunday morning Middle School Merge in July. (The 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th)
KidsFest Camp Week, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

Adult Serve
Help create a fun, highly energetic outreach camp that points kids to Christ. If you are looking for a fun and easy way to get involved, consider being a part of one of our KidsFest Adult Serve teams! Serve for a day or serve for a week!
Enjoy KidsFest as a family, even for children ages two through five! Daycare is open between 8:45 am - 3:00 pm for children of Adult Serve volunteers. Childcare staff provides quality care and a KidsFest program designed for your little ones.
Daycare is complimentary for KidsFest Staff!
There are plenty of ways to serve at KidsFest. Find the right team for you.
Hospitality Team - Serve coffee to parents in the morning before club begins and/or breakfast to Summer Staff and Middle School Serve.
Free Choice - Outdoor sports and activities including inflatables, archery, paintball, H2O Zone, KF 500, Nerf Blast, and more.
Bible Blast - Small Group activity and games that reinforce the Bible story.
Arts and Crafts - Fun crafts, face painting, and special art items selected just for this year's camp.
Parking Team - Make a great first impression as you greet and direct parents before and after camp.
Kickoff Team - Help welcome families, assist with food and beverage, fun activities, and t-shirt distribution as leaders and kids begin their exciting week at KidsFest.
Design Team - Use your creativity and DIY skills to help design, build, and decorate the KidsFest stages in the months leading up to KidsFest
Welcome Center - Assist parents, help with various administrative tasks and security communications for camp.
Welcome Team - Greet families as they enter and exit camp. Also, help with our secure check-in and check-out process.
Nurse's Station - Care for campers and maintain the Nurse's Station. Nursing certification is required.
Water Day Staff - Have fun in the sun while you staff water slides, slip n’ slides, other water activities, and changing areas.
KidsFest Store - Assist families with purchasing store merchandise and restocking. All contributions support Eleos Haiti.
Daycare Volunteer Staff - Provide care for children ages two through five who have parents serving at KidsFest.

Sunday Kickoff: 6:00 - 7:00 pm; Doors open at 5:45 pm
Camp Hours: 10:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday
Team Huddle & Prayer: 9:00 am, Lobby, Monday - Friday
Scheduling - Once your clearances are received, you will be scheduled per your request. A serving confirmation will be emailed with your specific serving information along with the name of your team leader.

KidsFest Interns
We are very excited to have you apply for a summer intern position for KidsFest '25. KidsFest Interns will begin on May 27 with their last day being July 27.
Each ministry department will have different hour requirements.
In June, most interns should expect to work weekdays from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with the possibility of evening requirements for ministry events.
In July, all interns are required to be in attendance during KidsFest operating hours (this includes Sunday Kickoff and Sunday Celebration) with the possibility of evening requirements for ministry events.
Priority consideration will be given to applicants whose schedules align with the dates of the internship. We take these positions seriously and hold students to a standard.
Qualifications to Apply
Have an active and growing relationship with God.
Have an adequate understanding of the gospel.
Value ministry and desire to be in ministry in some capacity.
Are at least 18 years of age at the beginning of the internship.
Are active in your local church and have some experience serving in a volunteer capacity.
Identify as one's gender at birth and adhere to biblical sexual morality standards.
